1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Reelux, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Reelux provides AI-powered video style transformation services. Our app allows you to transform your videos into various artistic styles using advanced artificial intelligence technology.

3. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Content

• You must own or have rights to videos you upload
• You may not use the service for illegal purposes
• You are responsible for your account security
• You must not upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights

Because Reelux lets you upload videos and transform them using AI, you may not upload, generate, or share any of the following:

• Sexual, pornographic, or otherwise obscene content
• Another person's likeness (face, voice, or image) used without that person's consent
• Content that impersonates a real person, or that generates misleading or deceptive depictions of real people (including "deepfakes")
• Violent, hateful, or illegal content

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including removing offending content, at our discretion and without prior notice.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• Prices may change with notice; changes won't affect current billing periods

Free Plan

The Free plan includes 2 video generations per month and adds a watermark to generated videos. Your usage allowance resets at the start of each calendar month (UTC). To increase your monthly allowance and remove the watermark, you can upgrade to a paid plan at any time; the higher allowance is applied immediately upon purchase.

How to Cancel

Subscriptions are purchased and billed through your Apple App Store account, so they are managed and cancelled there. To cancel:

• Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
• Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions
• Select Reelux, then tap Cancel Subscription

You can also manage subscriptions from the App Store app by tapping your profile icon and selecting Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds and Unrecognized Charges

We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Because purchases are processed by the Apple App Store, refunds are generally subject to Apple's refund policy. If you notice a charge you do not recognize or believe is unauthorized, contact us at support@reelux.app and we will respond within 5 business days.

5. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Reelux. Consistent with our Privacy Policy, we do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use the service. If you are a minor under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use Reelux only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

6. Content Rights

• You retain ownership of your original videos
• Generated videos are yours to use
• We may use anonymized data to improve our service
• You grant us a limited license to process your content for service delivery

7. Limitation of Liability

Reelux is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with notice via the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
