3. User Responsibilities

• You must own or have rights to videos you upload
• You may not use the service for illegal purposes
• You are responsible for your account security
• You must not upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights

4. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• Prices may change with notice; changes won't affect current billing periods

5. Content Rights

• You retain ownership of your original videos
• Generated videos are yours to use
• We may use anonymized data to improve our service
• You grant us a limited license to process your content for service delivery

6. Limitation of Liability

Reelux is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with notice via the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
